The story behind One-Trick Pony lies in the newly-renascent extreme right-wing movements that have infected several European countries.  Movements whose followers hate and fear the United States as much as they do the newly arrived immigrants in their homelands.  Hate that expressed itself during the 2006 World Cup soccer championships when French team members of North-African and sub-Saharan origin were openly disparaged by these so-called political “leaders.”
